Does the training have to be online?
No. Most of our AI training sessions are delivered online using Microsoft Teams, making it easy for teams across the UK to take part.
We can also deliver training in person for organisations based in Brighton, London, and across the UK. If you'd prefer an in-person session, please let us know when enquiring and we'll discuss the options available.
How long is the training?
Most sessions are designed to run for around 90 minutes.
The exact duration can vary depending on the size of your team, the level of interaction, and whether you'd like additional exercises, workshops, or Q&A time included.
Do I need previous AI experience?
This is an intermediate-level course, so we recommend that attendees have some prior experience using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.
You don't need to be an expert. If you're already familiar with the basic prompt-and-response workflow and want to get more practical value from AI, you're in the right place.
What AI tools do you cover?
Most of our training is centred around Microsoft Copilot, as that's the platform many organisations are adopting today.
However, we also have experience delivering training on ChatGPT and Claude, and can tailor sessions to your organisation's preferred tools and workflows.
